What do you mean by copyright?
It means that the photos, text and graphics on this site are the property of Chris Macke and cannot be used in any way without his permission.

Can I copy the photos/graphics/text?
No. The contents of this site are intended your personal viewing through this website only. The photos on this site may not be reproduced without permission from Chris Macke.

Can I distribute the photos/graphics/text? e.g. send a friend a copy by email
No. The photos may not be distributed, loaned, hired or sold to anyone else.

Can I use your photography in a School/College project?
If you want to use the material in a school or college project, you need to ask permission beforehand. In some cases Mr. Macke will give permission, provided that the project is non-profit making and the project does not involve publication on the Web, or distribution or publication in any other medium.

Can I post the photos/graphics to Newsgroups?
No. You are not allowed to post the photos/graphics in Newsgroups, or any similar service.

Can the photos/graphics be used on a CD-ROM?
No. You are not allowed to distribute them on any storage media.

Can the photos/graphics be used on a T-shirt, Mugs, Mouse mats etc.?
No. You must request and be granted permission by Chris Macke to use the photos/graphics on any commercial product.

Can the photos/graphics be used in a brochure or used commercially to promote products?
To use the photos/graphics commercially, permission will have to be obtained from Chris Macke directly.
